Update: Ranked Two-on-Two game mode is now available with the 1.3 patch.

This mode will launch with two new maps, "Medean Cliff Mines" and "Ruins of Argus".

More info can be found on the Dawn of War II Community site: http://community.dawnofwar2.com/blogs/?p=606

To get the 2v2 maps, you may need to reboot Steam.

Following patch 1.3.1, it seems a few new bugs cropped up. Relic are currently working on the next patch which will include the following fixes:

# "Orbital Bombardment damage was drastically reduced. We will be increasing the damage at the outer edges to have more of an effect on infantry caught in the well."
# "Tiber Outpost's lighting is very bright. We will return it to a less eye-gouging lighting scheme."
# "Some users with existing saves are only getting one point to spend with each level. The second point is getting automatically allocated, we hope to fix it in a way that will return all improperly allocated points back to the player."
# Rankpoint exploit fix. Abusers will be tracked.
# Workaround to melee Guardians provided by EgonSpengler: "This happens when you purchase the Warlock, then the Battle Equipment. If you upgrade to BE then Warlock, the stance stays in ranged."

be nice if they could work on fixing the ai command input lag so when i order my units to do something they actually do it when i say not at there own leisure.

im not the best strategist but the online is terrible you make one mistake early in the game and your fate is sealed just get to watch a slow painfull death as you cannot pump out anything that will turn the tide against a sm commander 2 tac squads and an assault squad

Wekk whould be nice if they acctualy could make the orks more capebal in general, it is my opinion that yjry are somewhat weaker than the other armies. But the patch did make the game more playebal than before

Hang on. You only JUST developed 2-on-2 multiplayer? Shouldn't that have been a standard multiplayer option in the first place?

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

Steam is ideal as no CD's are required for future use. Or serials for that matter.
