We've kicked off a new experiment on the TGN Talk message board called the TGN Battle Challenge. The idea is that we all get together online to start a new game and post about our progress, painting, gaming etc. The challenge lasts three months and we're a few weeks into the first month of the challenge.

The first Battle Challenge is Corvus Beli's sci-fi skirmish game, Infinity. You can check it out on TGN Talk:

In the last few days a few sponsors have come through with some goodies and so at the end of the three month process we'll be posting a poll and people can vote on the person that did the best job in the challenge. This will be based on painting, battle reports and their posts about their progress.

We'll be picking two winners at the end and currently they will receive:

First Place
Litko Industrial Tower System Super Bundle
$75 credit at The Warstore.com
$30 worth of Dragon Forge bases of their choice

Second Place
$20 credit at The Warstore.com
$20 worth of Dragon Forge Bases

Since we've got a fair bit of loot up for grabs I thought I'd mention the challenge here in case anyone was interested in joining in and use the challenge as a way to jumpstart their efforts to play Infinity.

We'll be taking in new challengers until May 15th if anyone is interested. All you need to do is start a topic in the forum describing the forces you're going to paint and then start assembling, painting and gaming.

Infinity! Why must you haunt me!?

I've been thinking of starting and this might very well be the thing that pushes me to do so... not so much for the prizes but for the others also starting the game.
