Hi everyone! I started playing Warhammer 40k not to long ago. My first set was the Black Reach set! Which i gave the orks to my little brother and converted all the space marines into chaos space marines. Ha ha ha... I entered a local tournament (unofficial I think) and placed 8th of about 20 people. I have learned how to play the game a lot better now but i don't think that i would do too much better with how few models I currently have.(roughly 1150pts worth of models) I am not a pro painter but I still think that I'm not too terrible. have a look at my small gallery and let me know your opinions!

I think you're on the right track with your painting. I would suggest you look into washes and drybrushing. Both of those techniques could really take your painting to the next level.
Then again, a good looking army doesn't help you win battles!
