By "Most" you really mean "All" up until the Bastions come out (but I think that's next week). Privateer Press is going to be doing a lot of plastic in the future, but right now everything is metal.

Also, Warmachine will never be pre-painted. Privateer Press made Monterpocalypse for that crowd.
