Is there any plans in the works for a m.dakkadakka.com site? Does one exist and I am slowed not being able to find it? I tried it on my iTouch last night and got the normal version so I was just wondering.
The regular site shows up pretty well on iphone and actually even looks decent on older blackberrys. There is no "mobile" version that I am aware of and I am not sure there needs to be, but I don't have an itouch
if you've got issues, switch theme should clear most of them.
One would think a mobile version would be needed for picture heavy threads, but otherwise meh.
I collect:
Guard - 2k of mostly infantry
DA - 2k of deathwing, 2k of other bits (no vehicles)
Sisters - mostly converted/proxy because I'm waiting for therange to go plastic.
Tau - 2k with no riptides because I can.
Perhaps its my old man eyes but pulling up Dakka on the touch is really hard to see/navigate. Have to do a lot of zooming and end up going to pages I dont want to and such. It sucks getting old and blind.....
I can see the site just fine but to me its a pita to run on a mobile device I.E. a iTouch/Phone but again perhaps its the old mans eyes I have... I just think having the forums easier to negative would be sweet. Perhaps this shall spur me to become a DCM.
I use blackberry storm and it looks fine. I am using it now.
I use glasses for reading so I easier for me to read without having to magnify the screen too many times. I can't use Internet at work so I use my phone.
