Neither.
They are both very populated, but china is still largely people farming in mountains in mud huts, and India will always be limited by it's caste system.
I don't see the status quo being largely disturbed in any significant fashion.
The USA is declining in power, but we still have a navy that dwarfs the entire rest of the world combined, as well as allied with every other major power, Canda, England, and Isreal.
I see Russia coming back into a good amount of power within the next 30 or so years.
But I don't see any new countries fighting us for dominance in the military.
Economically it may be different, but no matter how many people china or india have or how good their economies are, it still has no production facilities for a bluewater navy, and no significant form of force projection.
And if any of them DO try and threaten our power, we'll have us another cold war. We Americans get butthurt about people stepping on their turf pretty easily.
and as far as the next 100+ years go, who knows?
