I'm a long time historical player, I've been playing historical wargames since I was a young kid in the early 90's.

In college I started playing Warhammer fantasy in 2005, I've been through many armys. I played Vampire Counts for a lot of that time, but got burned out not long after the new book. At that point Chaos Dwarfs became my main army. I have several others, mind you. My favorite armies at the moment are determined by appearance and background... so my 2nd Chaos Dwarf army, Nurgle Demons, and Dark Elves are my favorite. The later two primarily due to looks and background material.

I'm just starting 40k, as I've been getting the itch. Plus 40k will have that extra appeal of an unkown setting for me, like fantasy did when I first played. I have A LOT of Vostroyans waiting to be painted, but I really want to put a lot of time into painting them... so I'm doing Chaos Space Marines for my first army so I can start playing and get a grasp of the rules.

I've been involved on the webzines "The Invocation" and to a lesser extant "The Word of Hashut" lately.

So far I've got some small recognition in warhammer...
Anti-GT 2008: Best General (Vampire Counts)
Rockford GW store tournamnet early 2009: Best Appearance (Chaos Dwarfs)
Rockford GW store tournament June 2009: Best Overall (Chaos Dwarfs)
Cedar Rapids tournament June 2009: Best Appearance (Chaos Dwarfs)

I'm looking for a site where I can delve more into the Chaos Space Marines, as I start playing 40k. This site seemed like a good one to choose!

Chaos Dwarfs: Wins/Loss/Draw 26/14/7
Wastelanders CSM: Wins/Loss/Draw 5/2/4
