There's a gaming group in the area at the Game Habitat in Monterey, and I believe they have a league if you're interested.

I go to CSUMB I will be up there around September right now I can field about 1.5k if I really pack on extras. I am also starting up WHFB but I do not have enough for a game yet if you play that also.
