Hey everyone at Dakka I was shown this forum by a mate of mine who sent me links to loads of different stuff until i finally decided im just gona join too.
Hi.
I've been playing GW games with my friends since 2001 now but mostly patchy play where we would stop for months at a time and pick up again with different armies of even games I started out as a Space Marine player as i think most people do because of the starter boxes, and progressed from there to Impy Guard and Tyranids, shortly after we moved to Fantasy battles and i played Vampire counts and eventually some Chaos too. It was them that Uni started and with everyone moving away and the now tight student budget that the games were put on hold.
Now as third year draws its close GW is once more taking my money
I've started collecting space marines again and I'm just finished painting the AoBR box of SM.
I guess here is where i mention that Im making my own chapter and that they all wear capes
and yes that does mean the dreadnaught has one too
Ill start a thread once i figure out where and start putting up some pics and I'm really looking forward to hearing what everyone thinks

Welcome This a great friendly site just I recommend You don't get involved in the Dakka Swap Shop. If you are not experienced then people will take advantage of you and swindle your of your money or models there are many many good people but there will always be those who are not.
