They just posted one army list condition for the event.

You can only use a warlock/warcaster in ONE list. If you use him or her in one list, they
can't be used in other lists.

Those of you who bring one list to an event will have to prepare three. One list for each day.
If you tend to use only three or four warcasters/warlocks, then you can make one list
for each of the qualifiers so that you could use the last two warlocks or warcasters in the
finals.

This doesn't really affect me as much seeing as I can't imagine getting past the first day.

That is tricky though. If you want to take advantage of the 2 swappable lists on each day you would need 8 casters to choose from. That the full compliment for Hordes factions.

Yup.

I think the thing to do with Hordes is to play the first round with faith in one list on the first
day. If you get knocked out, no problem. You've only devoted a single day to the event. If you
continue to the second day, however, prep two lists. Also, take a look at the field and try to
figure out what you need to prepare for.

There has been a little bit of complaining about this on the PP forums. I agree thats its kinda late in the game to come up with a new restriction, but it'll only effect 32 people for day 2 and 4 people for day 3. Out of 128.

All problems can be solved with proper use of a high powered rifle and a water tower

I think it's an interesting change and I hope that they stick with something like it in future.

You're suddenly making me less worried that I might have to play on Friday.

I would say that getting into day 2 that its a combination of solid play and good luck in the matchups/scenarios.

Getting from day 2 to day 3 is where the fun is going to be as its a single elimination format to the final 4. I would be willing to say that the casters that you see being played by the fianl 4 will probably be considered some of the "weaker" casters in the faction.

I've just realised that this is an impossible setup for Mercenaries.

Edit: Scratch that, you can field multiple contracts now.
