I loved the Two Towers, and I wanted to start 2 small (500 point-ish) armies.

I was thinking about Erkenbrand and Sharku as the army generals, but from there I'm stumped.

I'm going to need the rulebook, obviously. BTW I'm completely new.

get the rule book first its easy to decide after that but i would do all horse riders for rohan and a mix of orcs warg riders and a bulk of uruk-hai for isengard.

Also rember to pick up the legions of middle-earth book,this contains the official army lists used in tournaments.

Also Sharku works best with lots of wargs,plus perhaps you could take some black numorean(spelling)knights.They will be the heavy hitters.
