I'm building up an Ork army - when I'm done with just what I have, I'll have around 60 boyz, 10 Nobz, 5 lootas, 6 bikers, a warboss, 10 grots, 10 ardboyz (Black Orcs from WHFB) and 3 trukks.
Barring the Trukks, what is the best way to transport this army? I was thinking the Battlefoam 216 with pluck foam: http://battlefoam.com/catalog.php?item=120&catid=23&ret=catalog.php%3Fcategory%3D23
However, I'm not sure exactly how many Orks I could fit in this pack. I wanted pluck foam, because I'm not sure exactly how big their troop slots are, and I have a lot of Orks with weapons raised and the like.
Would this pack be enough? What would be enough? I'm looking for something with a good combination of comfort and mobility, since I have to walk or take the train to game.
Thanks!

I like battlefoam. I just bought 2 of the bilker foam holders for my nob bikers, or "Gork's Anjuls". The thing is I wouldn't use them for large items like trukks, mostly beucase BF is expensive and trukks are relatively durable. For the big stuff like that, I made a carry box out of a large shoe box (A boot box, the type with attached top) and large and small bubble wrap. It may be ghetto but it cost me around $5 in the form of bubble wrap and I got some good boots in the deal as well.
I've successfully carried trukks and Killa Kans in that get-up. I made an insert out of cardboard to partition the box into 6 individual bubble wrapped sections for the Kans.

A big fishing tackle box will hold all that with ease. My brother used to use a big tackle box for his SM army before it got to big. He could fit 3 rhinos, a LR a bike squad assault squad a dev squad and a few tactical squads

Call Battlefoam. Tell them what you want to fit in a case, they will tell you exactly what will fit in which product.

I'm going to have to repeat this. Just make sure to check the tackle-boxes out first - some of them are much better set to carry models than others. For instance: One of mine could carry maybe one tank but could easily fit in 40+ models on "shelves" and another ten or twenty down with the vehicle. Meanwhile, a second case I have could easily fit a pair of Battlewagons or a half-dozen of the new Trukks without trouble, but up top could safely manage maybe twenty or thirty Ork Boyz.
These tend to be a bigger nuisance to carry when you have to use the boxes in bulk (seeing as often times you can only reliably carry two at once), so try to find ones you can maximize possibilities and troop-carrying capacity. My best case for instance has two smaller containers that could be used to carry about one mob each, and then alongside that can fit probably 30-40 Orks plus at least three tanks. Not much better than a GW one all things considered, but considering how much cheaper it is, and the fact that cases that may be slung over the shoulder can easily be carried alongside the tackle box, it does pretty well.
