Hey there, welcome to the sight. You'd probably be better posting this in the " 40k tactics" forums... maybe a mod will move it for you 
For Necrons I hear that tomb spyders are really great units in larger games. Apparently heavy destroyers are quite good aswell.
I personally recommend getting hold of another 12 Necron Warriors (for another squad) and another monolith (without doubt one of the best units in the codex) and maybe the Nightbringer (depending on the points range your playing at).

I would recommend using more destroyers if you can. You should run 10 -15 man warrior squads. Always equip your first lord with the resorb and veil combo....don't get to fancy from that until you are experienced. Also, immortals work very well.
