Hello. I've recently decided to quit playing Halo and CoD4 after my 5th Xbox 360 got the RRoD. I used to play 40k about 10 years ago in Melrose, FL at an excellent store. I had a lot of fun, but when I moved back to NC I found that I no longer had anyone to play with in the area. Thus, I sold my two Eldar craftworld armies and went back to MTG. Then I discovered Halo a couple years later and got addicted to that. But, alas, my patience with the crap product that is the 360 has run out. I've decided to pick 40k back up since I can afford it a bit easier these days and I'm a tweak addict. I live in Oak Harbor, WA, a couple hours north of Seattle. I haven't bought models yet, as I want to make sure I've decided what race to play now, but I think I'm going to go with Space Marines.

If there are other Space Marine players out there, I could really use some tips as I have no experience playing them whatsoever. I have an idea of what I'd like to do with my first 500pt army, but some suggestions would be awesome. I currently have a thread up in the forums detailing my concept.
