I'm quite new to warmachine, this is my first try at a list:

Sorscha
2x Kodiak
Yuri the Axe
2x Manhunter
Widowmakers
Gorman Di Wulfe

Any comments? Critisisms?

Widowmakers are great!

I would say you need at least one solid unit for melee. Manhunters are insanely good solos, but i think your list is overly reliant on solos.

I would
Drop one Kodiak and replace with Beast-09 (still run for free but a much more powerful melee weapon and affinity with Sorcha)
Drop 1 Manhunter
Drop Gorman and replace with 4 Demo-Corp
