Hello all,
I'm Dave and recently myself and a friend ahve started to take a serious interest in 40k, I played a few times in the mid to late 90's (2nd Ed?) but it never really took off for me, but we both found out a few months ago that we'd played before and decided to look it up again and have become hooked...
We've only properly played 3 battles so far. I have an Imperial Guard army, and he plays Eldar and I've managed to win every time so far....at the moment though, games are taking hours to complete whilst we still get to grips with all the rules, but we're starting to make progress and both have a nice collection of models....my painting skills suck royally and any tips for speed and or technique are most welcome!
