In MkI, Seethers have a chance at flipping out on your own guys. To prevent it, take the Withershadow Combine. They buff your warcaster's CMD stat, making it less likely for you to lose control of the Seethers. In Terminus' case, his CMD goes up to 12, meaning the Seethers will never attack your guys.
To get the points, I'd drop the Leviathan. I know you're running pretty efficiently with 3 jacks that make their own focus and a Skarlock, but 4 heavies is too much for anyone besides maybe Darius and Karchev. To fill in the rest of the points, I'd probably get some Bile Thralls.
In MkI, the Necrosurgeon is seen as a nearly useless model, but with Shadow of Death going, I think you should be able to some decent use out of her.

This list was made using the MkII BETA rules.

That's why you were listing the MkI point costs?

Did they change? I was just using Tabletop Commander and though they were acurate. I'll look over the Beta stuff over the weekend and repost a list with points changes I find.

I think dropping the leviathan and getting a few BaneThralls or Knights is the way to go. I personally like thralls better as they have stealth and are a bit cheaper in MK2. The models have really grown on me too...
other then that Biles are really interesting to use. They are not supercheap any more, but they will work very well if the opponent underestimates them.

They changed a lot. Your list is 39 points. The MkII equivalent of a 500 point MkI game is a 35 point game. A 750 point game is 50 points. So you need to trim a little fat or add a bunch of stuff. Regardless, I still recommend dropping the Leviathan. It's horrible in the MkII beta.

Looking at his list, he's got plenty of ways to kill hard targets with the jacks and Mechanithralls. Bane Thralls would be redundant. He needs anti-infantry. Bile Thralls and Bloat Thralls are probably your best options for that.

Mark II rules changed points costs quite a bit.
Solos tend to be 1-5
(1 for wracks, 5 for crazy stuff)
Units can be 4/6, 5/8, etc.
They are only bought as minimum or maximum units.
And of course, warcasters get free warjack allocation points.
If you use ibodger you can switch it to MKII.

I don't rate this list in MK I but be brave it may just be an awesome list in MKII.
Lich Lord Terminus (-6)
Skarlock Thrall (2)
Deathjack (12)
Leviathan (8)
Seether (8)
Seether (8)
(Max) Mechanithralls (3+2)
Necrosurgeon and Stitch Thralls (1)
Brute Thrall (1)
Total = 39
Leaves you 11 points for a 50 point list assuming the points values of units aren't changed in January.
