Howdy all,
Just signed up for the site and wanted to pop on the introductions page and introduce myself.
I'm a 28 year old nerd living in Rhode Island, and am an avid gamer of all kinds including of course wargaming.
I've only recently returned to the hobby however, in particular 40k.
I used to play Tyranids, and am now currently tooling around with an ork army, with the intention of building a marine army down the road. The rules seem a good deal different than what I remember, but seeing as the last time I played was '97 or '98, I'm gonna need to relearn a lot anyways.
Found this site through some random surfing, and I must say I love the site. The articles I've read are remarkably helpful, and some of the galleries I've browsed through are just amazing. I hope to be as skilled with my own painting someday.
