I see this area, it occasionally has new posts as people create articles on themselves. These generate no discussion.

Is this area of the boards actually serving it's purpose? I see in the case of something excellent like the Ork project, that there was discussion and things could be worked on, but the massive majority of the articles being created don't generate any discussion at all and there are pages of notifications without comment, is this right? Perhaps only turn the discussion post on as an option when making the article? Define what an article is or should be?
