I've converted an unarmored Theoden into a Battle Standard bearer.

I've converted two excess foot Eomers into a captain and a standard bearer.

I have also sculpted a Cave Drake (it looks like a giant salamander- based it off a prehistoric amphibian). My opponents refer to it as the Muppet of Doom. I call him Chompy.

Alas, to post photos, I need a camera.

He's got a mind like a steel trap. By which I mean it can only hold one idea at a time;
it latches on to the first idea to come along, good or bad; and it takes strenuous effort with a crowbar to make it let go.

A cave drake? cool. I have always wanted to convert one and now i might try to.

I've converted numerous trolls, an assault tower, elnaith (elven calvary), orc landing craft and many many other things.

For your cave drake, did you use a base model? If so what was it?

I created him entirely out of Sculpy and Green Stuff. He is based on the extinct Siderops.

So far, he has worked exactly once- swallowed Gandalf the White. Wild Wargs have been far more effective, nevertheless my opponents are terrified of him. They usually spend the whole game trying to avoid 'lil Chompy, which gives me the initiative with the rest of my forces.
