So it's been a while since I finally decided to put a link to Fog of War in my signature. Fog of War is a board game that I've been working up on and off for the past couple of years, and I'm just about at the production stage: the problem being that I don't have the spare cash lying around for a first edition printing run. So it's on a back-burner for a while, so I thought I'd publish a link and see what sort of feedback might spring up. So far the feedback has been very positive: if I had the cash to risk a first print run, then I'd have various distributors and shops willing to carry it. But it's always good to have more feedback.

Fog of War is, in a sense, a mixture of Stratego and Blood Bowl. It's like Stratego in the sense that the nature of pieces can be concealed from your opponent, but it's different in that it involves double-blind play, and the goal is to capture territory rather than destroy your opponent. It's like Blood Bowl in the sense that pieces in adjacent squares can mutually support each other, and that combat is fluid in that a losing defender usually has the option of retreating rather than being destroyed.

I have a limited supply of prototype copies for sale ($20.00 plus shipping, I have paypal) - the production values are kind of pathetic but they give you a good sense of how things work, and each copy has lots of Litko Aerosystems blip tokens that can find dual use in your Space Hulk games.

Here's the link: so what do you think?
