Hey, Im new to the site. It's a really awesome site, I really enjoy it. I just got into 40k last month. I'm using my friends Necron army to play. I love em, My friend doesn't use the army, so I do. We usualy play 1000-3000 pt games. I'm working on building my own Necron army so I can beat my friend who plays Space Wolves. I'm not sure it'll happen but a man can dream.

If you didnt know: a new Necron codex is due to be released soon. So if you want to buy some, perhaps wait till the new rules are known to ensure you grab an effective force?

Yeah I heard about the new codex and what not. It's just that I'm being given about 1500-3000 pts of models for free. All I have to do is build and paint mabey 20-30 warriors. I'll play with them until the new Codex is released, then I'll spend all my money.
