ive got quick question, since im new to the game, least i havent played in a very long time. whats the rule for Eldrad Ulthran? is he limited to the Ulthwe armies or can i use him in a different craftworld army? i am tempted to start my own, as ive seen others do so. Anyhow ive otherwise got the rest of the rule regarding army composition down; this is my first eldar army and below is its makeup. Any one got any suggestions please i need some ideas.
oh and any recommendations for an army consisting of:
HQ
1 farseer
2 warlocks
1 Pheonix Lord (Mugan Ra)
Elites/troops
1 Harlequin Troup (8 units)
3 Wraith Guards
1 ranger squad (5 units)
Heavy Support
1 Dark reaper Squad (4 units)
the input would be much appreciated, of course the dark reapers will be join by their pheonix lord, and the farseers and warlock with the wraith guards. ive debated between the use of a pheonix lord over the autarch, im not sure but i think that the lord is 'better' in its own right over the autarch. im considering next a squad of scorpions and hawks with their exarchs, along with maybe some storm guardians. Im not sure but can one have multiple pheonix lords on the table or is that a no no.
the rangers act as their own unit, i mean they dont need a warlock or some sort of HQ unit with then init.
ya any ideas and opinions would be great. ive just started and trying to get the feel for the eldar once again.

and is it just me or are the metal figures harder to come by.

Welcome. You can have him in your own craftworld if you want. Please don't write in that colour, it's hard to read.
Harlequins and Wraithguard aren't troops anymore. Wraithguard is, but only if you have 10 and a Warlock with Spirt Seer. Like Deff Dread said, I'd take this to both the Army List and Tactics forums, as they will be able to answer nearly every question you have and will be fairly helpful.

Yep, both are elite now. Except the Wraithguard can become troops like I mentioned.
