Recently, I've heard of an event called "Old Night", which is, from my understanding, a period of intense conflict in the Imperium. Obviously, this is wrong could someone please explain to me what happened, when it was, etc?
I'm pretty sure alot of conflict was going on, humanity unable to link up with each other and chaos daemons everywhere hacking, slashing, sloshing (plaguebeares) and canoodling (daemonettes)
"And what are the achievements of your fragile Imperium? It is a corpse rotting slowly from within while maggots writhe in its belly. It was built with the toil of heroes and giants, and now it is inhabited by frightened weaklings to whom the glories of those times are half-forgotten legends."
