I tried searching various ways for info here, I probably just worded it wrong. Title says it all. The setup (and this sounds hilarious though its a lot of points) is Commissar yarrick joined up with a unit of ogryn. I know some characters have abilities that they confer to units they join, I just am not sure if it ever goes in reverse.
