Hello DakkaDakka community!

I've made a few posts on the forum already, but I have yet to formally introduce myself.

I am 25 years old, have been gaming since I was 10 (good ol' 2nd edition D&D) and have very recently gotten into wargaming, specifically 40k. I picked up the AoBR starter set and split it with a friend of mine back in July. I picked the orks and he, obviously, got the space marines. Since then, we've convinced eight (including my fiancee!) to start or regain an interest in the hobby. Surprisingly, only orks and CSM are represented in duplicate in our gaming group.

Anyway, I've collected quite a few (read: more than I should have by now) orks and other wargaming related aides (terrain, paints, brushes, etc), and am now starting to paint the horde of miniatures which is slowly overtaking my house. I will be posting pictures up on here and would appreciate any comments/suggestions you may have. But that is for another time.

So, as I said earlier, HELLO DAKKA!
