So I am a big world eater fan. But I was thinking reading vraks 3 that khorne has never won a major campaign, like ever.
There could be spoilers if you live under a rock.
Armageddon = Angron chumped by GKs.
Vraks = Super blood thrister chumped by old man, zhufor runs to the warp and cries
HH = obviously WE lost here, as must of doombreed.
Daemon World book = Sskralallalalalalala or whatever his name is.. gets eaten by the damn planet after a good showing.
Skralathrax = I dunno i guess this is a victory but Kharn the animal with a human face just goes team killer.. victory Kharn and I guess Khorne.
Not a major campaign but the WE in Gaunts ghost make a cameo and die pretty badly, damn plot armour guardsmen.
Have I missed anything?

Khorne doesn't seek to rule the galaxy or destroy all life. He only wants war, blood and skulls. He doesn't care if he wins as long as blood flows and skulls are reaped in his name.

What are you talking about? That's not to say Khorne doesn't accomplish his goals! Look at the first War for Armageddon; billions of Guardsmen and civilians dead, hundreds of Space Marines cut down, including many Space Wolves and Grey Knights, and plenty of his own subjects dead too. That was a victory for Khorne, and for Angron too, who just came back to life in the Warp.
Kharn gets victories all the time, with the chopping and the slaying and all that stuff.

So basically Im not insane enough to understand Khorne, and when my Khorne army dies to a man its fluffy and khorne is pleased.

I lol'd at the guardsman part to bad it would have only taken like 2 days to get those billions back. The marines did get owned though. Of course the Space wolf codex tells a different story.
But yeah adding on to what people say Khorne only wants blood and war. Seems like an excuse of being to weak to try takeover the galaxy.

The problem with Khorne is that he's a casual player--his guys go out and they throw around the chain swords and the bullets and then at the end Khorne packs up the skulls and goes home.
It's not his fault if the Imperial guys are all WAAC players.

Other powers dont really do that much solo, but I cant think of a major campaign victory. Correct me if Im wrong please!
Even undivided dosen't win.. All the slack crusades repulsed. They brake a few windows and the porch lights come on and they run back to their hideout.
Chaos doesn't really win, they win until the imperium notices 20 planets have been butched then send their response.
My chaos side wants to butcher me for saying this but the Emperor is the God of winning. Im pretty sure he has never lost in the long run.
In fact the only faction who wins more is tau, because everything is so small scale and well no one cares about a couple of no name planets when hive fleets, orks and chaos scum running around.

Chaos wins all the time.
Two kiddies on planet genericus Imperialis get into a fist fight... Khorne wins.
Captain Joe Blow 10th regiment blah blah blah gets a cold...... Nurgle wins.
John and Jane drink a lot of synthehol and make more babies.... Slaanesh wins.
Imperial Data-servitor 01000100100011110101 goes a bit haywire and loses 10,000 years of planet x's history...... Tzeentch wins.
Grimdark War campaigns are just distractions so humanity doesn't figure it out and commit mass suicide, leaving the warp devoid of fuel.

Thats all very well but by that logic Tzeentch wins ALL THE TIME. Even when the other gods are winning he would be winning too therby making the supreme god via all the continuous changes.
@ stynier yes but will blood pact win in the end? No gaur will eat it eventually.. gaunts ghosts will make it happen one day.
I'd just like one Chaos victory in reality of the Imperium, not the 11th hour snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.. like the do all the time. Its a bit next time gadget, next time.
Although going by Legion book, Chaos won the hersery and win continue to do so for all time. Until the warp takes over reality.

Don't forget Beserkers getting own bye both Cain and the Tannith in their novels. The only time I remember Khorne winning anything was back in a old Inferno story where Khran kill everyone in the story( so technically that a victory for Khorne).

Accept the truth. Chaos has tricked some Legions into damnation. Part of this is they loose, all the time, no exception.
