Yeah i started 40k somewhere in the 90s when i was a brat. And then somewhere got busy with life and also but off by 3rd edition and those horrible paint cans they introduced back then.
When i was building my death guard there were involuntarily funny plastic plague marines and way too expensive metal ones, so i started converting each and every model and was hooked.
That has been the main draw of the game for me ever since and the reason i got here.

Lurking through the modeling section struck me in awe a hell lot of times. Pretty amazing what you guys pull off, inspiration galore.

Atm i build - yet another - traitor guard and have pull myself together quite a bit to keep conversions tame.
