My wife placed an order for my XMas gift with buyairbrushes.com. She ordered the PS800/PS900 plus compressor bundle that have listed. Paid, but hasn't seen or heard from the retailer since. Payment has already cleared her bank account, just no shipment or contact from them.

Anyone purchased from this guy in the recent past and care to share their experiences?

Calling the number does get a message from someone at NBI Marketing. It's the weekend though, so I didn't really expect an answer.

If you paid by credit card or paypal, you have options to get the money back.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

Yeah, she has been calling and emailing repeatedly for a week and a half.
We already filed a dispute with our bank, and they're taking care of it. Though after talking at length with our bank, she got a "Your item has shipped, thanks for your business." email from the retailer, though the initial FedEx tracking number still comes up as invalid.
We're waiting on the bank paperwork for the dispute to arrive in the mail. If the tracking number doesn't become valid, or the kit doesn't show up in the mail soon, it'll just be a disputed charge refunded by our bank.
