I registered on GW's website a few weeks ago. They are sending me order confirmations and news bulletins to my email address. However, today when I try to log in, it says that my email address wasn't found. It says the same thing when I try to have my password sent to me.

Another thing that worries me is the order that I'm waiting on now. I'm still waiting for it and I saw the pending charge on my bank account the night I ordered it. A couple of days ago the charge disappeared from my account, but I wasn't worried since sometimes a charge will disappear and come back when there is a delay going from "pending" to "confirmed". The fact that it's still not showing up on my bank statement and my GW account has also disappearred has me worried (along with the fact that I chose Express shipping last Friday, live one state away, and yet do not have the shipment yet).

Anyone else having similar issues?

A few weeks ago on the GW site I searched for 'Space Hulk' and got zero results.

I then searched for 'Warhammer' and got zero results.

I said as the main question in my post that I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem. It would certainly put my mind at ease if account access was borked site-wide, especially since I won't be hearing back from GW until monday.

I bought the advance order Tyranids codex without a hitch. It charged my account and got confirmation right away.
