Tip 1: Turn your flash on. The reason that I don't have any of my models posted if because I can't get the lighting right (and I'm too lazy to setup my study) and my results would be simular to yours. You have what might be a pretty cool color scheme but the fact that there is only one light source in the back of the room prevents us from making a fair judgement.

Tip2: start modelling or painting related questions in the Modelling&painting forum, NOT in 40k background.

If missed the right forum, ask a MOD to move it.

Tip3: copy/paste the address of the pic into the thread. What gets seen directly tends to receive more replies than linked stuff.
