I started off taking pictures for the first game and then promptly forgot. So unfortunately the only picture you get is one of my army.

Turn #1 The Nurgle Daemons:
I get the roll to go first and take it. My initial wave does not come in so I end up with 2 flamers. 2 plague bearers, and 2 daemon princes.
Turn #1 Cornopia Daemons:
He gets his chosen wave in. In comes the bloodthirster, soul grinder, 2 units of bloodletters, 1 unit of horrors. One unit of bloodletters and the horrors scatter bad and go back into the warp to come out another day. Bloodthirster and bloodletters land to the right of the center. The soul grinder lands to the left. His soul grinder shoots and kills 4 of 5 plague bearers from one unit (I not only failed a 4 4+ cover saves, I also failed all of my feel no pains as well).
Turn #2 The Nurgle Daemons:
I get absolutely nothing in. Flamers adjust position. A unit of plague bearers and both daemon princes asasullt the bloodletters. I get 10 attacks off of the daemon princes and manage to kill 1 bloodletter! He divides attacks between the princes and the plague bearers, putting one wound on a prince but nothing else. The plague bearers then swing and kill 3 bloodletters. Another 2 go down to combat res.
Turn #2 Cornopia Daemons:
In comes the other soul grinder on my bottom right and both squads of horrors, the horrors land to my left, and the other grinder lands to my bottom right. They light up and kill one of the flamer squads. The other squad of flamers goes to ground and doesn't lose anyone. The soul grinder shoots and finish's off my lone plague bearer on the left hand side. He charges the bloodthirster into the plague bearers in hand to hand. The bloodthirster whiffs killing only 2 plague bearers. The daemon princes get the bloodletters down to one model and the plague bearers finish off the last guy. The bloodthirster fails all 3 of his no retreat saves. Both of my daemon princes can't make it to the bloodthirster so they are out of combat.
Turn #3 The Nurgle Daemons:
Both great unclean ones come in and I land them near the horror squads. I also get in both plague bearer squads who go in the center. All the plague bearers spread out for in-coming flamer drops one of my daemon princes goes after the soul grinder in my bottom right, ripping off an arm. The other daemon prince runs in against the bloodthirster. The thirster deals one would to my prince and then dies.
Turn #3 Cornopia Daemons:
His bloodletters still refuse to try to return to the fight, but he doesn get one squad of screamers in. He tries to place them close in on the right hand side but deviates back. His shooting sees the flamers do nothing. My last squad of flamers eliminated and 1 plague bearer dead. I destroy the grinder in my turn. He also shoots and assaults one of my great unclean ones with his grinder on the left but the combat ends in a draw.
Turn #4 The Nurgle Daemons:
My last daemon prince refuses to join the fight. The daemon prince that killed the bloodthirster is feeling pretty good about himself so he charges the 3-man flamer squad, whiffs all his attacks, and fails a save and takes a no retreat wound against the flamers. My other great unclean on charges the grinder and both of the unclean ones take down the grinder. One unit of plague bearers charges the horrors to lock them down.
Turn #4 Cornopia Daemons:
His bloodletters come in on his side of the table near the center. The flamers drop in to try and flame some plague bearers but they deviate and instead put a wound on a great unclean one. The daemon prince is still unable to kill the flamers.
Turn #5 The Nurgle Daemons:
A daemon prince, great unclean one, 5 plague bearers, and 3 plague bearers, all assault the bloodletters. The daemon prince gets 1, he again divides his attacks between the plague bearers,
guo, and daemon prince, only killing a single plague bearer. So the plague bearers, great unclean one, and combat res see another 4 bloodletters go down. My other great unclean one charges the flamers, and my other daemon prince finally manages to kill a flamer!
Turn #5 Cornopia Daemons:
My great unclean one wipes out the flamers, my other daemon prince wipes out the other flamers. I get the primary and 2 of the tactical points (highest point
hq left alive, and killing the enemy
hq).
I get 17/18 points and go into round #2. Ughh Dark Eldar!
Round #2: Dark Eldar
Mission: 5 Objectives, but the objectives are squigs, who have marine stat's and a power weapon. They can only be captured in
hth and if you shoot them they run in a random direction
3d6 inch's.

I'm not going to really write this one up. On his second turn the archon, homonculus and grotesques charged a daemon prince that had already taken two wounds. He whiffed all his attacks, I killed one grotesque and ran down the whole shebang. I then destroyed both ravagers with daemon princes the next turn. This just effectively neutered his army and there was just no way for him to bring my stuff down. On the plus side, his rolling for the squigs was amazing, and we at least had some fun there. He was a good sport but it was just a rough game for him.

Deployment: Spearhead
I lose the role to go first and he has me go first.
He deploys the colossus in his back corner and flanks it with the
pcs chimera, and a vet chimera. He set's up his two foot squads a bit further forward in terrain. The auto-cannon team goes up on a building. Both vendetta's flank out with their scout moves. He then puts on the 24 inch line 2 more chimera's.
His deployment:
He put's his objective in the
Turn #1 Daemons:
I try to frontload and put 2
guo's, 2 daemon princes, and both flamers in the first wave. I of course roll a one and get the second wave. I deep strike one squad near my own objective and get real risky with the others. Deep striking the plague bearers in close to his troops that aren't in tanks. My daemon prince lands to try and avoid some demolisher fire.
Turn #1 Imperial Guard:
His vendetta immobilizes itself moving into terrain, but it, it's melta special weapons squad, and his company command squad light up my daemon prince and kill it. He gets one plague bearer squad down to one model, and peels off a couple more.
Turn #2 Daemons:
I get in one unit of flamers, one daemon prince, and one great unclean one. The flamers light up the
ccs killing all but the commander who fails morale and runs. The lone plague bearer charges a guard squad, kills one model, they break and run, the plague bearer actually catch's them and kills them. Another unit climbs up on top of the building and charges the auto-cannon team, dealing 5 wounds and causing them to break.
Turn #2 Imperial Guard:
He dumps a lot of shots into the great unclean one, but fails to do any damage, takes out the lone plague bearer, and trim's the other squads down a bit. He also kills 2 out of 3 of the flamers that dropped in the last turn.
Turn #3 Daemons:
The other great unclean one comes in as does the other squad of flamers. The flamers drop near the demolisher and keep it from firing. Plague bearers block an exit hatch on a chimera and the great unclean one beats on the front for no damage. Another unit of plague bearers charges his other infantry squad and kills it. My lone flamer fails to kill any of the special weapons team, charges them, and they kill him off.
Turn #3 Imperial Guard:
He puts two wounds on the other daemon prince and pairs down another plague bearer. My great unclean one pops the chimera pinning the squad that got out. His
pcs does a get back into the fight on his company commander.
Turn #4 Daemons:
Great Unclean One charges another chimera in the rear destroying it and pinning the squad. A plague Bearer squad charges into a vet unit that was pinned last turn and locks them in
hth. Another unit of plague bearers charge the colossus immobilizing it.
Turn #4 Imperial Guard:
He issues a get back in the fight to the pinned squad and they shoot and assault the plague bearers killing them off. My other unit of plague bearers finish's off their vet's and move up on his objective. He kills off my flamers.
Turn #5
The plague bearers make it up to his objective. One of my great unclean ones charges his company commander and is unable to kill him. My other great unclean one destroys the colossus. My daemon prince assaults a chimera but is unable to kill it, and my last daemon prince finally auto comes in near my home objective.
Turn #5 Imperial Guard:
He shoots down both daemon princes, I don't make a single 5+ or 3+ armor save to any wound he does to me. I kill off his company commander.
The game get's called on account of time. Neither of us has the objectives so it goes to victory points and he's up by about 350 points on me. I probably could have pulled the game into a tie if I'd have known that we wouldn't get a turn 6 (the mission called for 6 turns auto-matically) just by charging his demolisher with a great unclean one instead of the
ccs. But it was a very fun game, and definitly bloody on both sides.
I had a great time at the tournament. Fun scenarios and good opponents. Plus it was a nice change being able to take on things in
hth instead of running away like my mono tzeentch list does. I ended up taking best army using the old rogue trader rules.
