Personally, I would

Add a Grey Seer with a couple goodies, but I'm pretty fond of magic. If the Seer isn't your style grab a Warlord with a BSB. since you have almost no shooting the Stormbanner can be your friend.

Drop the musicians from the Skavenslaves. Let 'em run and so some damage.

Change out the ratling gun for a Warpfire Thrower or a Poison Wind Mortar. The Ratling guns just aren't what they used to be and I've had a lot of success with the PWM.

Put some more monks pushing the Furnace. Since thats your bruiser unit you'll want it a bit bigger than you have it now.

the double doomwheel is pretty evil but i agree with what Garthon i would probably replace a priest for a BSB with storm banner and take a grey seer (the main benefit of taking Warlords is gone now that seers are LD 7 so why would you?).

If you're worried about what happens on a misfire, then Skaven is the wrong army for you. Watching your own stuff get blowed up is half the fun!
