I have the battlebox for Legion of everblight. But I don't know what to buy next. Can you give me some hints?

The Legion box set is 13 points. Something to bump you up to the 15 point game size.
A Raek (4), you'll need to drop a Shredder from your list to field this. Or a The Forsaken (2)

I would recommend getting a Solo that is about 2 points (MK II point system). Many of the Merc solo can give you special capabilities at low cost.
You can also consider changing out your warcaster in order to try different play style.

If you're planning on running beast heavy in the future, I'd probably start with either a forsaken or two shepherds.
To get to 25, I'd add a unit and either another beast or a solo. Lylyth has Parasite which is an excellent spell to turn a mediocre damage output unit/model into an impressive one. And impressive damage output models into disgustingly good ones. Archers, Striders and Legionnaires will all do well. Combined attacks on models that already have -3 ARM are an excellent way to destroy a given target.
Raeks are excellent now. So that might be a good beast to go with. The Teraph and the Nephalim aren't that wonderful. Take the protector if you want to make Lylyth immune to knock downs. You don't really need the soldier's ability to make other beasts charge for free because Lylyth does that with her bow.
If you're finding you're running the beasts pretty hot, getting more shepherds or forsaken is always nice. Shepherds are also nice to heal your Carnivaen. If you're finding fury management isn't an issue, the Death Stalker is a nice solid solo.

Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better. |

I too am looking to start Hordes and have decided on a force of Everblight. I have found that this website has so much information on it and is very helpful:
