Hey everyone, first post, glad to find a site with so many like-minded people!

I've been in love with 40k for years now (read many books, i.e. Ciaphas Cane Novels, Gaunts' Ghosts, etc), as well as played all of the Dawn Of War games, but up until recently i've been a bit afraid to commit due to some of the prices.

Well here recently, I was given the Black Reach starter set marines pieces from a friend who got it for the orks (yahoo!) so here I am now

I originally wanted to be an IG army, but well..since I already have some pieces, i'm deciding to play Black Templars. Oh, I live in Amarillo, TX--in the offshot chance that someone else actually lives here and plays, lol--if you do give me a hollar!.
