Ok so I played about 7-8 years ago with some friends. But then after high school most of my friends moved for college, and the game store in town closed so I had no where to play or anyone to play with so I stopped for a bit. I still enjoy a good read so I pick up most of the 40k books and some WHF books every now and then. But about 3-4 months ago my long time friend finished his tour in the armed forces and moved back to town. So we picked up playing again. oh ya I kinda forgot I live in south east Texas a town called Victoria. I'm a substitute teacher who currently needs another job. I take online courses trying to become a full time teacher. I love to build stuff, I got a garage full of tools and one of the first things I did when we picked up playing again was build us a table. It's 4x6 cut it in half stuck piano hinges on it so it folds up and added removable legs so we take it to who's ever house were playing at. I enjoy all the aspects of the game building/painting(which I suck at but I think I might be getting a little better at)/ and the battles them selves. Working on some cool cliffs/hills/bunkers I'll show y'all when I finish.
I had sold off my old CSM a while back so I was playing his vanilla marines for a while. But I'm slowly building up an ork army now. Think I'ma get a force around 2000 points that I like (so prob around 3-4k's worth of orks I can swap between  ) because I wanted to build a Witchhunter army but my pocketbook couldn't afford it. So my next army will be witchhunters, I keep playing with the army lists/looking at rules but it'll be a while I suppose. Kinda hoping I'll get some more plastic models but knowing it won't happen.

We did think about the open a GW/comic store idea for a while but it's a bit beyond us atm. plus we don't honestly think our town could keep a comic/GW shop alive.
