Heres some Rangers I got painted this evening.... mostly...

HA! Misunderstand me correctly but that is probably the "simplest" paint scheme I have seen that looked so good!
I really love it! The striking bright green against the dull gray, brilliant!

Thanks fellas. These are part of the Harley army Im painting (along w/ wraithlords with new heads) and Im doing ash/ruined city base. Figure the grey will be a good contrast to all the bright colors. In hindsight; it also made the cameoline cloaks uber easy.

Here's the update for tonight...

Nice job on the cloaks, they actually look fabric. And blend into the base, which is fitting for such models.

It takes alot of time to set up my "lightbox" for white background pics. Not to mention adjusting my POS camera.
So I will do both for the COMPLETED, but probably not for WIPs; just depends on time. Unfortunatly, I have other

Looks good. The Ranger on one knee has been one of my favorite GW models. By today's standards, it's probably a bit average, but when it first came out, it definitely was a stand out model. Glad to see the Rangers still getting used.

Oh wow, the old Rangers, I'm using the new ones and frankly, i think they look waaaay cooler than these, aside from my opinion. These still look good, he paint job is really good.

Meh, I like the models. But yeah, the newer ones look way more Eldarly, The old ones seem a bit well...bulky for eldar. But you did an ace job on these guys. Are they Beil-tan craftworlders?

Beil-Tan, yep.... also first Eldar Ive ever painted..... avoided doing the whole "hearts and vines" thing tho.
