Automated Space Wolves Thrall

Hey, everyone! Just filling out my intro post...I haven't actually started my own army yet but I have been looking at forums and have read some of the Black Library literature and have settled on Space Wolves. Hopefully I will purchase at least a battleforce by the end of next month and have a good start on painting. BTW, if anyone has any good paint schemes that can turn out a dark bluish grey, please let me know. Space Wolves Grey is way to...cartooney?...and I watched a great video on Beasts Of War, but theirs was too blue for me. Well, that's my introduction, hope to talk to everyone lots more in the forums.

I suggest experimenting with a bascoat of a dark blue lick enchanted blue or ultramarines, then try your different types of greys, whites and such over them, thats what i did to get the exact red i wanted, and it took forever and a few models im nothappy with so do this...
stripe as many colors of blue as you have at your disposal on a sheet of plastic if you have it or cardboard will work also but colors will not be exactly the same as when you put it on plastic models. like this

Overlapping each blue strip...

They will make a checkerboard pattern, i probobly over explained it but its been a long day at work and i had to make sense in my head lol
