here to vent my geek a little so it stops spilling over in my everyday life(wife hates that)
I live in the Charlotte NC area and have been playing 40k avidly since about 1999. I stopped playing during the 4th edition rules due to extensive travel for work, but have recently broke out all of my armies to dust touch up and bulk up with additions. I love the smaller more personal games when it comes to 40k campaigning 500 points for a summer rather than tournies all of the time, but still love a good tourny challenge.
following are my armies
Space Marines 2500 pnts
tau 3000+ points
Eldar 2200 points
IG 1000+ points (but its just infantry, always figured they would be the difficult part in collecting a guard army so i did them first before armor just in case i chose to go with them)
orks 1000 points
armies i use to have
3000 point raven wing army.
5000+ point blood angels army.( back in third addition when they were broken  )

thanks for the hospitality everyone, but really, you didnt have to bake me cookies annnnd cake.
Yes i have been up to the store in cornelious, i have gamed up there a couple of times, might join in a tourny one of these months if the wife ever lets me get out of the house on a Saturday again.
I will post my armies if i ever have a chance, but im really cheap, and cameras are still more than 5 dollars(wife says I would have bought her a cracker jack box ring if it were my choice, but she won the bet and she picked the ring)
