Okay, I am looking to get into Warmachine and I have already bought the Base Rule Book and the Plastic Khador Jack Kit. The reason why I like Khador is because I want to field an army with big bad jacks and well, Khador has the biggest and baddest jacks out there. So, I am looking at fielding Karchev the Terrible as my warcaster/jackcaster with maybe a Juggernaught and Destroyer and some Man-o-war Shock and Demolition Troops depending on the point allowance. How would this army be in a game?

15 Point Army
Karchev the Terrible with Wardog
Juggernaught
Destroyer
4 man Widowmakers

25 Point Army add:
3 man Man-o-war Shocktrooper with Kovnik

You know the biggest and baddest jack is the cryxian deathjack right??

For an army of jacks you have the right idea. I just want to point out that Karchev plays very differently then other casters because he is a man in the machine. You might want to start with butcher or vlad, because they offer a bit more in 25 pts I believe.

Things to watch out for are fast jacks from the opponent. A few big hits from the right jacks will take out most of your systems.

If you believe in the list then try them, but I would say try it with another caster for the low points game, then "upgrade" the caster for 25 or 35 points.
