Hi we would love some feedback on our new online store in particluar the table top wargaming section. If you could spare a few minutes to take a look and let us know what you think we would be very thankful.

1) Make sure to include clickys to your store in future posts, maybe even your signature. Not a big deal to me, but others might not take the time to cut/ paste your web address and that means less visits to your site and less feedback.
2) I like being able to see the available stock in the description.
2a) Does your checkout cart indicate if a customer is ordering more items than is on hand?
2b) Does your cart automatically lower to the maximum available?
If I were to add 100 kajillion termi boxes, would your checkout let me pay for all of them, or would it reduce the number ordered to the max amount on hand?
3) I would ask for feedback in a general discussion forum because this isn't a rumor.
*EDIT*
I added 1 Space Marines Re-enforcements to my cart.
I made that into 1,000 and updated.
My cart showed 1,000 Space Marines Re-enforcements with the new price.
Obviously, you don't have 1,000 of these on hand, but your checkout is willing to take $6,000+ dollars from me. Obviously, I'm not looking to purchase this amount, but it tells me that if I make an order, your checkout will take my cash even if you don't have the items. I don't like that aspect of your checkout. This issue alone will keep me from ordering from your site.

3) But it is news... Nothing wrong with posting this here, IMHO.
I'd say +1 to Flagg07's Point 1 and 2, though. You don't neccessarily have to allow me to see your inventory, but don't let me order 5 of something if you only have 2.
Otherwise, your website seems easy enough to navigate to me.

For me, The icons for your categories don't display what they categorize clearly enough or draw me in quickly to what I'm looking for. Also by having a huge table box with small link text, its wasting space and takes more time to navigate. Once your drilled down all the way to the item the description its a nice page but getting there is a little rough compared to major online stores.
Other then that it seems like a fresh start. Just looks like it needs more fleshing out from a web design perspective.

Trust me, no matter what damage they have the potential to do, single-shot weapons always flatter to deceive in 40k. Rule #1 - BBAP

Awesome prices but your images suck.
For one Tyranid Zoanthrope olus standard UK delivery (which I hope is first class) totalls to 11.36 which is pretty reasonable. I would consider bulk orders at this kind of saving.
But yeah... two things...
1, Inform what you have in stock.
2, Sort out those nasty images.

Depends on how quickly you need them we don't make any money on the postage, we just charge you what it costs us. If you choose World surface you can them sent over for around £3.36 but it will take ages. If you go airmail you can double the price but it will get there much much faster. The check out should calculate this for you.
Hope this helps

The First thing I want to say is thank you to every one for taking the time to give us some feedback. I can't promise to act on it immediately, as there is far more work than time at the momment, though you have certainly given some food for thought.
At the momment we are commited to increasing the number of ranges we have and getting the message out that we are here! Once things are a bit more settled we'll take another look at the images thinking about making navigation easier. The cropped images we thought looked cool and where easy enough to understand, but with hindsight we easily understood them because we put them there!!! So point taken.
Stock on hand. At the momment if you place an order we can not fulfill then within 24 hours you will recieve an email stating an estimated delivery date and offering a full refund should you find that delivery date unacceptable. So far not one single customer has gone for the refund but its still early days I guess.
Once again thanks for the advice, it really is appreciated. If anyone else has something to add we are more than happy to hear it!
