Well, what I'm looking for is tactial and strategic advice for a shae list. For example how to deploy it, what abilities I should use in conjunction with eachother, what models should be engaging heavy/light jacks and what models should focus on infantry/calvary, and a basic battle plan. I've never played before, and from reading the cards, there's so many abilities that affect other abilities it makes my eyes spin. Any help in these departments would be great.

Alrighty, so the list is this.

Shae
Nomad
Freebooter
Mr. Walls
10 Sea Dogs
Sea Dog Rifleman
10 Press Gangers
Hawk
Rockbottom
Grogspar
Killingsworth
Commodore Cannon

Angron- crushing the theme and fluff of armies one horde at a time.

If you've never played before you should probably play a smaller gasme, say 15 points to get the hang of the game.

Do you have any more Warjacks other then the Nomad and Freebooter?

Try something like this until you get the hang of it.

Shae -6
Freebooter 6
Nomad 6
Sea Dogs (x6) 5
Mr Walls 2
Hawk 2

15/15

Well you have a nice but expensive tarpit there...
Rockbottom gives though, doc improves though and grogspar lets them ignore the annoying part of though (getting knocked down). Then You have Hawk improving the sea dogs abilities.

I would say you use the infantry against infanty or light jacks. Freebooter and Nomad have to take on heavy jacks. the commodore will be helping out where it can, be it clearing out infantry or heavy.

On a side note I have to agree with spiggot that starting small is probably wise, especially as a large part of the army is in a supporting role...

good luck...
