I've never seen one but i think its cuz the marine just puts his Armour over the bionic leg so even if its there you wont see it.

The iron hands set sold by GW has loads of boinics. As well as this the chain sword from the commander is a bionic and you can get plenty of heads with bionic eyes either helmeted or not from various sources.

They usually just mod their helmet to fit over it (like Ironfather Gdolkin from the Iron Hands)

I beleive that the IG Catachan Colonel 'Iron Hand' Straken also has a bionic leg. Though I could be mistaken.
The Engineseers definitely seem to favour them though. So if Bionics are available for your average human, I'm sure one could be made for a Space Marine.

No, he has a bionic arm and a large portion of his torso is also bionic. He was attacked and munched on by a Miral Land-shark.
