This list is war beast heavy but despite that i think the the fury efficiency of Lylyth the list works quite well.

pLylyth
Carnivean
Carnivean
Angilus
Shredder
Shredder
Raptors (3man)

35/35

Lylyths blood lure and her feat make for an extremely brutal combat turn especially if you manage to get all three heavies to charge something that turn. I usually run the Carniveans as a pair sort of close to one another and that seems like a decent deterrent, most players even khadorian players will hold off and try to avoid to engage them head on.

The angilus does it best to move around and wait for an opportune turn to whisk past my opponents line and go for the kill, it's special attack with armor piercing and reach can even bring monsters like Karchev down in one attack if the dice roll fairly well.

The raptors are my favorite aggressors they can fill any role I need whether they are gunning down light infantry or just tying up a jack/warbeast for a couple rounds.

Shredders are a wonderful light warbeast when they get to use their special ability 2 point missiles of doom are really hand at any point level, and are always surprisingly nasty any turn when they are rabid.

Like you said it is very beast heavy... I would take at least 2 shepperds to help with the excess fury. As your beasts want to be reasonably close to the enemy and your caster does not they will also help them spend fury where needed. Lylith can be played a little more bac this way.

Other than this I have no usefull advice. I would say drop 1 shredder to get the shepperds and see where the list goes. the raptors are expensive, but if they work for you then use them...

Raptors are awesome, with an extra side of "wtf can they do that?!". Keep them in the list!

But I agree with LordRavurion that you have way to much fury. You're looking at a max of 16 fury, where Lylyth can take 5 of them... That means that your beasts either frenzy, or (even worse) make their frenzy checks, and then stand around full on fury. Both are bad!

I'd drop at least one Shredder for two Shepherds, or a single Forsaken. Actually, I'd probably drop a Carnivean first, but then you'd have to fill 11 pts in your list, and you might not want to buy that many other minis

For this list to work, you need more fury management; Shepherds or Forsaken. But probably Shepherds in this list.

I got to try this list out yesterday and I am very surprised at how well it works. I was horribly concerned about fury management as well but is seemed to work out just fine the turns I ran them hot where the last two turns of the game and Lylyth was still able to reave enough fury from one to have it fully operational and the other frenzied against the Satyxis. Which was fine Lylyth was finally able to get a clear shot on denny I punked her in the face for 15 damage boxes and used blood lure so the Angilus could charge for free.

My raptors didn't do a whole lot but they got mistakenly positioned very poorly on the board and spent much of the game wheeling to get into firing range. The twin carniveans did exactly what I wanted them to, they soaked up all the aggression from my opponent and wow can they take a beating and keep coming.

The angilus is incredible for assassination runs, with lylyths feat and pouring it full of fury it can kill any warcaster/warlock in one run provided the warlock doesn't have fury to ditch the damage onto a warbeast.

I am very tempted to get either a forsaken to manage fury or a shepered not sure which yet as they both are amazing but have very particular uses. However, those shreders always earn back they points or more than their points. Perfect example the game I played was against pDenny and each shredder ate a bone jack.

Unfortunately the carniveans didn't do a ton of damage but they definitely work as a wall of flesh they tied up a nightmare a slayer and a whole unit of satyixs raiders for 3 turns and never died. Then again this has alot to do with Denny's feat it always seems against her once I get into position she rushes in pops her feat and I am the on who gets charged or my movement is diminished enough that I cannot even make it into melee and I am the one that gets charged the following turn. Her feat is just brutal.
