Well.... No not exactly.
Suprisingly there is a gaming scene in the phillipines.
(They do learn/speak english after all - may not be perfect.. but they understand)
I've been to a LGS 4-5 years ago over there. (Randomly - and was suprised - you could haggle for model prices too heh culture thing)
Though... we'll see... you can never be too wary though i'd agree.

Haha no clue - its natural tendencies overseas now these days.
Though admiteddly GW is increasing their scene in Asia more trying to get into the market and sell.
