im ticked off with that "must wait 1 minute to send another pm"i am getting so sick of that!it wastes my time and i gets real old real fast. why does the site have to do that?can dakka turn it off?if so please.

I think it is about spamming. give the person you sending it too time to see whether or not someone is spamming them. not saying your a spammer just saying what it is about.
