Hi, gang.
I just joined the Dakka forums and figured I should introduce myself.
*clears throat*
My name is Cynthia Miller and I'm a 36 year old game designer/game publisher/graphic designer. I own and operate Spectrum Games, the company responsible for such RPGs as Cartoon Action Hour: Season 2, Slasher Flick and Wild West Cinema. It's a small press operation, but we have a solid following, so I can't complain. Besides, I enjoy the hell out of it.
My hobbies include gaming (obviously), fashion, playing drums in a death/thrash metal band called Slayground, ghost hunting, vintage comics and pro wrestling history. Needless to say, between family, occupation and hobbies, I have very little time on my hands.
Given that this is a miniatures gaming website, I should probably go into that a bit more. I started off with Epic 40K (aka Space Marine) in late '91 and soon moved on to 40k. I've been playing the latter ever since. Since then, I've played numerous other miniatures games, but now, I mostly stick with 40K and Malifaux, with a smattering of Battletech and Warmachine on the side.
For 40K, I currently play Orks and Tau, giving me a nice sense of diversity in play style. For Malifaux (a game I'm very new to), I'm leading an Ortega-based Guild crew. As for Warmachine, I have small Cygnar and Khador warbands.
I am excited about jumping into the mix and integrating myself into some interesting discussions with the fine folks here.
