Nottingham, England

Hi,
I'm obviously new or I wouldn't be posting here.

So, I got into wargaming like this: My boyfriend painted when he was a kid and when we moved into our own place last year we found his old Space Wolves army under his bed. After messing around with some Space Marines he decided to get some Eldar, and I followed suit with a Ghazkull Thraka model. However I've ended up getting a battleforce box, some Stormboyz and Zagstruk, and most recently some Killa Kans. I love painting them up, and as we only live 5 minutes away from Warhammer World in Nottingham, England, we've been and had a few battles as well. We tried a battle on our kitchen table but it's not quite big enough really.

I uploaded some (not very good) images to the gallery, for instance this is my Ghazkull:

I'll upload some better ones now I've read about using white paper backgrounds etc!

I'm hoping to learn more about how to play against Eldar, as at the moment I tend to lose against my boyfriend's army, mainly due to his big spirit walker thingie being a complete pain in the proverbial to kill.

Thanks for reading!

welcome to Dakka. That's a great Ghazkull you got there. Well painted and the battle damage is cool.
