I played a game of 40k with 1500 points. In the end of the game, then final battle(the battle to decide the game) was my dreadnaught(a close combat one) VS a ranged dreadnaught. If he killed my dreadnaught, I didnt have anyway to kill his, and vice versa. In the end, he won. The ranged dreadnaught blew up my close combat dreadnaught. Has anyone else had a game that came down to this situation? Or are we the only ones?
