I was thinking of maybe dropping the great bears and one of the heavy jack for another jack but I'm not quite sure. From everything I've read bears are very good for what they do along with the widowmakers. I'm just not too sure of the synergy between everything. I believe the general strategy would be either pop sorcha's feat for some serious damage on the opponent warcaster or using her spells and jacks to just pummel everything flat.

What do you guys think?

(all my opinion)

pSorscha is more or less a one trick pony caster, from what you have listed, your not really taking advantage of her trick. she is greedy with her focus, so she needs to make the best from only giving one focus to a max of two jacks. look at the destroyer/behemoth for jacks. juggers and kodiaks are not as good with her. sure she has boundless charge, but that costs focus you rarely have.

pSorscha is a drop and pop caster, she has a few building blocks that are very good (if not essential) in maximizing her effectiveness. you need:

2 destroyers OR behemoth
prime eiryss

these are the staples to making her work. the more indirect fire you bring to the table the better. i kow she seems one sided, but she really is. she has two 4 FOC spells, that eats alot of focus. basiclly on feat turn you want to hand out 2-3 focus to your jacks, move/windrush into LOS of the opposing warcaster, pop feat and boost a handcannon damage roll into their face. before or after this you bring up eiryss to shoot any focus off they have, then you drop boosted bombards on their head.

at 35 points i would look at this:

Kommander Sorscha
Behemoth
War dog

Battle Mechaniks (Leader and 3 Grunts)
Winter Guard Mortar Crew (Leader and Grunt)
Winter Guard Mortar Crew (Leader and Grunt)

Eiryss, Mage Hunter of Ios

Koldun Lord
Destroyer

Manhunter
Manhunter

if timed right, on feat turn your opponent's caster is looking at a boosted POW 12 from Sorscha, 2 boosted POW 14s from the behemoth, a boosted POW 14 from the destroyer and two POW 16s from the mortars. insult to injury if/when eiryss drops their focus. added bonus if you get a manhunter in there as well.

meanwhile, a winfrushed sorsha sits at DEF 18 against shooting, and 20 in CC thanks to her puppy.

There ain't nearly enough Salvage in this thread!
